'Ingredients- ½kg cauliflower 3 onion 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tsp grated garlic 1 tsp grated ginger ½tsp black pepper powder 2 tbsp corn starch Green chillies Salt as per taste Method 1 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add 3 tbsp oil in it. Then add grated ginger, garlic, onion and green chilli in hot oil. Cook it for 1 minute. Then add cauliflower pieces in it. Add salt in it.Mix it properly and cover for 2 minute in medium flame. 2 - After 2 minutes mix it and again cover it for 2-3 minutes. Continue this step till cauliflower become soft. 3 - Then add ½ glass water and salt as per taste in cauliflower. 4 - Add sauce ,black paper powder in cauliflower. 5 - Add ½cup water in cornstarch and make batter. Than pour cornstarch batter in cauliflower. Mix it properly for 1 minute. 6 - Then take it in a plate. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve. This recipe is made in minimum oil.
